It was an entirely new experience for me to say the least. My first outdoor mural working side-by-side Illinois mosquitoes, heat, rain, wind, and on bumpy siding. In size, it beats all the other murals I’ve painted, not to mention detail.
It was the most rewarding and challenging experience I have EVER had in my life. What this mural represents - animal rights, woman’s rights, freedom, diversity, community, imagination, hope, freedom of speech (and so much more) things I feel honored to support and encourage.
